About Peruvian Tiger Aragonite
Peruvian Tiger Aragonite comes in two color variations:
- The characteristic tiger stripes: Bright orange layers interchanging with white and white/greyish layers.
- Orange, blueish/pinkish, white/yellowish, and dark red layers interchanging.
Peruvian Tiger Aragonite polishes to a glass-like surface and is a top-grade materials for jewelry, decor and home decor.
Peruvian Tiger Aragonite shows a very strong fluorescence AND phosphorescence. When put under UV-Light some of its bands are emitting a very bright white light. When the light is switched of they show a very strong and long lasting green afterglow.
Definitely an amazing material that looks great under natural and UV-light, as well as in deco-pieces and jewelry.
