About Peruvian Rosophia
“Rosophia” is not a mineral designated by the International Mineralogy Union. Rather it is a brand name invented by Mr. Robert Simmons, founder of the company “Heaven and Earth”, a company that offers products of gems and minerals for spiritual and healing purposes. The name is derived from “Rose of Sophia” according to Simmons with the meaning “Heart of Wisdom” Simmons says Rosophia can only be found in the Rocky Mountains in the United States, where he found it. It is assumed that Rosophia is a mixture of red moonstone (moonstone, being a variant of feldspar), quartz, and biotite particles.
According to Simmons, the Rosophia has the following metaphysical abilities: “Rosophia is the stone of the heart, and puts the heart of the person in sync with the heart of Sophia, the Divinity of feminine wisdom, being the principle of beauty and harmony of the world. Keeping this stone close to your heart, allows you to feel the currents of love energy circulating in your chest. There is a presence of the femininity of love that is felt immediately. Sleeping with this stone near the heart leads to sleeping more deeply and peacefully. ”
In 2017, representatives of the Gemrock Peru company discovered a Rosophia deposit in the desert of Ica, Peru, near Paracas. It is the place where the Paracas Culture lived, famous for its underground burials, its tissues, and the prolonged skulls of which some say they have extraterrestrial origins.
