We are currently converting our own workshop in order to adapt to our new plan. A good part of our production capacity will be outsourced to an artisan lapidary workshop that has cooperated with us over the course of the last two years.

From January 2026 on, we will offer two distinct quality (and ethical) levels to crystal and jewelry shops around the world:

• Lapidary cutters have legal working contracts with all legally required labor benefits.
• Lapidary cutters receive bonuses for quality and have a share in the company’s annual profits
• Carbon-neutral products.
• Water savings during production.
• Partly reused and recycled packaging for wholesale shipments.

How to become part of the selected group of crystal and jewelry shops that sell our top-quality products?

Our own top-quality and 100 percent ethical and environmental production will first of all attend our own retail businesses and distribution partners in a growing number of countries.

We will also keep attending a small number of faithful long-term clients who have accompanied us with regular orders for several years now.

If you are not yet a client of Gemrock, you may contact us, tell us about your business, and we will be happy to initiate talks. If we attend to your needs will depend on several factors:

• Are you located in a country that is an interesting market for us?
• Are you catering to clients who are interested in top-quality, ethical, and environmentally sound products?
• Can you make regular orders at a size that is convenient for us (not too small, not too big)?
• Can you comply with our payment, production, and logistics conditions?

Please note: we will prefer to cooperate with clients who work in the sector of art-decor, high-level functional decor, and medium to top-quality jewelry, as well as unique design projects.

Payment conditions for wholesale

• All our prices are EXW and in USD.
• Our prices are valid for 7 days after we sent you our quote. You have to initiate the payment process during this period. For later payments total price will be adjusted to changes in the exchange rate.
• If you choose to ship through us, shipping costs will be added to product costs.
• For orders below 1000 USD, we require 100% upfront payment.
• For orders above 1000 USD, we allow a 50% upfront payment when you place your order.
• The remaining 50 % will be due when your product has been produced and packed (before shipping)
• We offer payment with a credit card (on the platform “ReadyPay”) and recommend it for payments below 1000 USD. For bigger payments, you should use traditional bank wires (cheaper and faster)
• If your bank uses intermediary banks, which will charge SWIFT fees (resulting in less money arriving on our account), you will have to assume those costs.
• By placing an order, you agree to the following: In case of exchange rate variations bigger than 2 % during the time of production (time between first payment and final payment), the total price and final payment will be adjusted to the current exchange rate.
• By placing an order for jewelry, you agree to the following: In case of silver or gold price increases bigger than 5 % during the time of production (time between first payment and final payment), the total price and final payment will be adjusted to the current raw material price.
• All payments have to be made in USD.
